These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of websites, applications, APIs, accounts, managed workspaces, and related services provided by KriyAI, Inc. ("KriyAI", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the services, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it if it changes.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the services, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malicious code, violate laws, infringe third-party rights, or use the services to create, distribute, or facilitate harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
AI Systems and Outputs
KriyAI may provide tools for using AI agents, managed workspaces, model gateways, and automation systems. You are responsible for evaluating outputs, configuring appropriate human review, and deciding whether an output or automated action is suitable for your use case. AI outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unexpected.
Customer Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the services, subject to the rights you grant us to host, process, transmit, display, and otherwise use that content as needed to provide and improve the services, protect the platform, and comply with law. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit and use that content.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid services may be billed through third-party payment providers. Fees, billing intervals, cancellation rules, and renewal terms will be presented during checkout or in the applicable order flow. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the services, including beta or preview features. We may also impose limits, update infrastructure, change model or runtime availability, or restrict access when needed for security, legal, operational, or abuse-prevention reasons.
Intellectual Property
The services, software, documentation, visual design, trademarks, logos, and other KriyAI materials are owned by KriyAI or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to use KriyAI trademarks or branding except as expressly permitted in writing.
Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI outputs will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KriyAI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption arising from or related to the services.
Termination
You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the platform or other users, fail to pay fees, or if continued access would be unlawful or operationally impractical.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a new "Last updated" date and will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated.
